To request deletion of your personal information, send an email to: japanroyalservice@gmail.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”
In the body of the email, please include:
Your full name
The email address or other identifier you used when interacting with us
The platform on which you contacted us (for example, our website, Facebook, Instagram)
A brief description of the data you want deleted (or state “all personal information”)
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We may ask you to provide additional information sufficient to confirm that the request is genuinely from you.
We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
We may retain certain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
Records of completed bookings are retained for tax, accounting, and auditing obligations (typically seven years under Japanese law).
Information necessary to defend or assert legal claims.
Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.
Where an exception applies, we will explain it in our response.
