If you have more intricate travel needs, the planning may require extra time. However, if you’re in a hurry to set off, we can fast-track the entire process from inquiry to departure.

Are Website Itineraries Fixed?

Every journey we design is built from the ground up, tailored to you. The itineraries on our website are mere inspirations, a starting point that your Travel Consultant can adapt to fit your needs.

The choice is yours. We can handle all flight arrangements to make your life easier, or you can choose to book your flights independently. Private jet bookings are also an option.

Can I Receive a Price Breakdown?

We are unable to provide detailed cost breakdowns, as we operate on confidential contracted rates with our suppliers. However, we strive for transparency and will offer as much clarity as possible to make you feel comfortable confirming your trip.

Are There Any Hidden Service Fees?

Absolutely not. At our company, you pay solely for your vacation—no planning deposits or hidden charges. Additionally, we do not request fees from candidates applying for roles with us, so you can proceed with confidence.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to Japan Royal Service at [email protected]

Cancellations are effective on the date they are received by Japan Royal Service. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total invoice amount is required for all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from any refund issued for cancellations.  

Hotel and transportation reservations are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective providers. 
Refunds for cancellations will be issued in accordance with the following schedule:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total invoice amount, minus the non-refundable deposit and cancellation fees imposed by hotels and transportation services. 
  • 29 to 14 days before departure: 80% of the total invoice amount, minus the non-refundable deposit and cancellation fees imposed by hotels and transportation services. 
  • 13 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the total invoice amount, minus the non-refundable deposit and cancellation fees imposed by hotels and transportation services. 
  • 6 days or less before departure: No refund.

    Please note that cancellation charges may be higher for certain bookings, such as group travel or special packages.
