Two rows of two reclining captain seats behind the front row, with a wall-mounted screen and lounge lighting — a cabin built for the hours between cities rather than the minutes between districts. Each seat reclines deep enough to rest properly.

Five passenger seats: one beside the chauffeur and two reclining rows of two in the lounge cabin. Fewer seats than the body could hold — the space is spent on recline and legroom instead.
When a private guide joins the drive, they occupy one guest seat. Infant and booster child seats are fitted in advance on request — tell us ages when you book.

The full-height compartment behind the last row takes about five large cases and five carry-ons, stacked tall — the Hi-Ace body's headroom works for luggage too. A party of five travels with everything aboard.

How is the Luxury Hi-Ace different from the Hiace Grand Cabin?+
Same trusted body, opposite priorities. The Grand Cabin seats nine guests with functional comfort; the Luxury Hi-Ace strips that to five reclining lounge seats and gives the space to the passengers. Choose by party size and how long the road is.
Is it suited to full-day trips out of the city?+
It is the fleet's long-road specialist — Hakone, Nikkō, Fuji days where the drive is measured in hours. Seats recline for the return leg, and the luggage bay swallows a day's purchases without touching the cabin.
How much luggage fits with five passengers?+
About five large cases plus five carry-ons in the full-height rear compartment — one large case per guest, stacked tall. More than that, tell us the count and we plan around it.
