Must visit and enjoy viewing Sakura blossoms in Kamakura is Tsurugaoka Hachimangu shrine. Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine is located at about 5-minute walk away from the Kamakura Station, and is on the main street of Kamakura.
This is one of the symbolic landmarks of Kamakura where is visited by so many visitors as almost everyone who visits Kamakura pay their visits to this shrine.
This shrine is popular as a cherry blossom viewing spot in the spring.
There are about 300 cherry trees on the approach to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, where you can see a row of beautiful cherry trees in the spring. In addition, the cherry blossoms surrounding the Genpei Pond within Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine are impressive.
Best to see is end of March to early April.
