Tokyo Disney Resort operates its own Private VIP Tour—a private, escorted experience at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, led by a Tokyo Disney Resort cast member. It is the closest thing to a truly guided, low-friction day in the parks.
The published facts that matter:
- Duration: 6 hours per tour.
- Party size: One party of up to 10 guests. The price is per tour, not per person.
- Price (from 2026-07-01): a single flat rate of JPY 660,000 per tour.
- Extension: JPY 110,000 per additional hour, subject to park hours and availability.
- Booking deadline: 10 days before the tour date, at 16:59 JST.
- Eligibility (the key rule): the tour is bookable only by guests staying in a qualifying suite at a Tokyo Disney Resort hotel, and it is booked by that suite-staying guest on the official Tokyo Disney Resort website.
Two honest clarifications many "VIP tour" pages get wrong:
We do not sell, resell, or secure the Private VIP Tour, and neither can any third party. Tokyo Disney Resort books it directly with the qualifying suite guest. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation & Deposit
Because of the bespoke nature of our itineraries and the limited availability of qualifying suites and premium logistics, Japan Royal Service requires a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total trip cost at the time of booking. This lets our team begin arrangements and hold premium assets on your behalf.
The 20% deposit covers:
- Qualifying suite & lodging: securing suite reservations across suitable dates to open your Private VIP Tour eligibility.
- Itinerary design & logistics: end-to-end trip planning, chauffeured transport, and dining coordination.
- Dedicated concierge: full-time access to our coordination team throughout your journey.
Service scope note: Japan Royal Service arranges the qualifying suite, logistics, and concierge support that make the Private VIP Tour possible and effortless. The tour itself is booked by the suite-staying guest with Tokyo Disney Resort. We do not resell or guarantee Disney's tour inventory.
Cancellation Schedule
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds of the remaining balance (excluding the non-refundable 20% deposit) follow a sliding scale:

- Suite reservations are non-refundable once committed.
- The Disney day is available only within a full Japan Royal Service itinerary, not as a standalone booking.
