Tokyo VIP Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Charter — Six Rear Seats and Transparent Rates

Service information updated 19 October 2026. The details below refer to the six-seat VIP Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that Japan Royal Service currently arranges in Tokyo, not to every Sprinter configuration.

Tokyo VIP Sprinter: the current vehicle and service

Japan Royal Service accepts individual enquiries for a privately chauffeured VIP Sprinter in Tokyo. The rear lounge has six premium guest seats. One additional guest may use a separate front passenger seat, subject to confirmation of the actual assigned vehicle. The front seat is not a seventh rear VIP seat, and this particular offer is not a nine- or fifteen-passenger group van.

The chauffeur speaks Japanese only. Your JRS concierge can coordinate the arrangements in English. If you need spoken English assistance during the journey, a separately charged guide or interpreter can be arranged. A guide occupies one of the available guest seats.

Tokyo charter pricing and what is not included

A ten-hour private charter starts from JPY 350,000, before consumption tax and expenses. This is the JRS-approved published starting rate, not a guaranteed quote for every date. Parking, highway tolls, extra hours, the English guide or interpreter, additional luggage vehicle and all other expenses are charged separately. Availability and final pricing require a written JRS confirmation.

Luggage space: three large suitcases as a guide

Unlike a conventional large touring van, the six-seat VIP interior prioritizes the passenger lounge. Plan for no more than three large suitcases, subject to measurements and a final check of the actual vehicle. Carry-on baggage space is not guaranteed. For larger loads—for example, six guests bringing six large cases—Japan Royal Service can arrange one additional Toyota HiAce solely for luggage, at a separate charge.

Priority bookings, new guests and travel beyond Tokyo

Reservations are prioritized for long-standing JRS members and returning guests. New guests may also be accommodated when the vehicle remains available at short notice. We do not promise availability without checking the requested dates.

For Tokyo-to-Kyoto, Osaka or other out-of-area journeys, there is one additional full-day vehicle relocation charge, as well as all applicable travel expenses, in addition to the charter fee. Driver rest requirements and the full itinerary must be checked individually.
