A chauffeured vehicle is most valuable when the day contains more than one destination: a gallery visit, a private appointment, lunch and a scenic stop. Japan Royal Service designs such days around your priorities rather than fitting you into a standard group tour.
For six guests seeking extra privacy, we can arrange a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VIP lounge with six seats in the rear cabin, plus a separate front passenger seat that may accommodate one additional guest if confirmed. This is a luxury six-seat lounge configuration, not a standard fifteen-passenger minibus.

Tokyo in spring: gardens, galleries and well-timed arrivals
Spring itineraries can connect quieter gardens, carefully timed cherry blossom walks and a private dining reservation. The best use of a chauffeur is not to race between sights; it is to have the car and driver coordinated with the day so you are free to enjoy it.
Our VIP Sprinter's Japanese-speaking chauffeur provides transportation. An English-speaking guide or interpreter may be arranged separately at an additional cost for your visits and on-road interpretation.
Summer: Tokyo as a comfortable base
During warmer months, a private vehicle allows for more flexible schedules and calmer hotel arrivals. We can discuss day trips to nearby regions, but routes beyond the Tokyo operating area are subject to vehicle availability and individual charges. No blanket national coverage or guaranteed long-distance pickup is implied.
The premium lounge seats do not make this a large luggage vehicle. Plan on no more than three large suitcases in the Sprinter, subject to size verification. If your guests travel with more bags, Japan Royal Service can quote one separate Toyota HiAce for luggage.
What does the VIP Sprinter cost?
The ten-hour Tokyo base charter starts at ¥350,000, with the Japanese-speaking chauffeur. Consumption tax, expressway tolls, parking, overtime, additional luggage vehicles, private guides, interpreters and all other expenses are not included.
For relocation of the Sprinter from Tokyo to Kyoto, Osaka or another distant city, we charge an additional full-day vehicle relocation fee and bill every necessary travel expense separately. We confirm the exact route, positioning, chauffeur arrangements, availability and final price before accepting a reservation.
Reservations and priority access
Priority reservations are offered to our long-standing members and returning clients. If the vehicle remains available at short notice, we may also be able to accommodate new guests. All requests are subject to an individual availability check.
