What separates a luxury travel agency from a vehicle listing?
The right vehicle is only part of a successful private journey in Japan. The real work is reconciling guest comfort, the actual seating layout, luggage, chauffeur language, driving distances and every additional cost before your arrival.
Japan Royal Service is a bespoke travel and VIP transport arranger. When you request our Tokyo Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VIP service, you deal with a JRS coordinator who checks the assigned vehicle and keeps the booking, itinerary and service expectations together.
Understanding the VIP Sprinter: six rear passengers
Our Tokyo VIP Sprinter is configured for six guests in its private rear lounge. It also has one separate passenger seat beside the driver which may be available for a seventh guest after confirmation. This is not a high-capacity 9–15 seat group van; it is chosen for a smaller party's comfort and privacy.
Reclining seating, privacy curtains and a partition between the driver and the rear cabin are characteristic features of this arrangement, confirmed before use.
The luggage check your concierge should never skip
With this rear VIP lounge configuration, the luggage allowance is up to three large suitcases, subject to dimensions and vehicle confirmation. A group with additional checked bags will need a separate luggage solution. Japan Royal Service can arrange one additional Toyota HiAce luggage vehicle, priced separately.
This is an important difference from generic online descriptions of standard Mercedes Sprinter passenger vans.
The language of your chauffeur
The Sprinter driver speaks Japanese only. If your party wants an English-speaking professional accompanying them, an English-speaking guide or interpreter can be arranged separately at an additional charge. Our concierge coordination with you can be in English.
Pricing: ¥350,000 from Tokyo for ten hours
Our Tokyo ten-hour VIP Sprinter charter begins at JPY 350,000, including the vehicle and Japanese-speaking chauffeur. The advertised figure excludes consumption tax and all additional expenses such as tolls, parking, overtime, guide or interpreter and the luggage HiAce.
Moving the vehicle from Tokyo to Kyoto, Osaka or another distant destination involves an additional full-day relocation charge on top of the charter and all related costs separately. A written custom itinerary and quotation govern the final arrangement; no date is automatically reserved.
Returning members first, subject to availability
Priority reservations are offered to our long-standing members and returning clients. If the vehicle remains available at short notice, we may also be able to accommodate new guests. All requests are subject to an individual availability check.
