Takoyaki is wet round pastry made from flour, egges, ginger , and various ingredients and is stuffed with diced octopus.


We make it by frying the mixture on a special steel plate with dents and rolling it as it is being cooked until ball shaped.

We put sauce or bonito stock and gurnish bonito flakes and nori on it .
